Privacy

The short version

We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to hello@yourdailydoor.com.

What we collect

• Subscribers: your email address, and when you subscribed and confirmed.
• Bidders: your email, your ad (text, link, logo) and your bids. Card details go straight to Stripe; we only keep Stripe's reference to your card, never the number.
• Clicks: we count clicks on each day's ad as a total, not per person.
• Security: your IP address is used briefly to stop abuse (rate limits, bot checks) and isn't stored with your data.

How we use it

To run the auction, send you the emails you asked for (the daily door, bid updates, receipts), and keep the site safe. We don't sell or "share" personal information as defined by California law, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.

Who helps us

We use a few services to run the site, and they only process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security, privacy-friendly visitor stats with no cookies), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery).

Cookies

The public site uses no cookies. The only cookie is for our own admin sign-in.

How long we keep it

Subscriber data until you unsubscribe; after that we keep only what's needed to make sure we don't email you again. Bid and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@yourdailydoor.com. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. The site isn't directed at children under 13.
